I’ve been creating art in one form or another for most of my life. Over the years, that creativity found expression in many different ways, from custom fabrications for extravagant events to wedding cakes, cosmetology, and even uncredited artistic work behind the scenes on comic art projects for Marvel and DC. For a long time, my own voice as an artist stayed in the background while I poured myself into family, service, and creative work for others.
Now I’m stepping into a new chapter.
Through my journey in the Milan Art Mastery program, I’m giving myself permission to grow, explore, and fully develop as the artist I have always been. This season is both exciting and humbling as I refine my skills, deepen my understanding of fine art, and learn to trust my own creative voice more fully.

Mediums and Themes
My work currently includes original oil paintings, studio studies, and selected mixed media pieces created as I continue to grow as an emerging fine artist. I’m especially drawn to subjects that feel alive with beauty and presence, including wildlife, florals, still life, and portrait studies. Again and again, I find myself exploring grace, atmosphere, emotion, and the quiet details that make a subject feel deeply seen.
Each painting represents more than practice. It reflects a lifelong creative journey that is finally stepping into the light. Whether I am painting a quiet still life, a living creature, or a study in expression and form, I want the work to feel honest, soulful, and deeply observed.
Thank you for being here and for being part of this journey with me. It means so much to share this work as it unfolds.
